The performance of rubber and rubber-metal bonded parts in static and dynamic working conditions is mainly influenced by the developed material or mixture. Ersan Kauçuk carries out mixture designs and verification tests of these designs in accordance with product design expectations in its R&D center.
Ersan Kaucuk develops its products and components in its R & D center by utilizing CAD and CAE software, its material library and long-term experience. In this context, the following activities are carried out:

In our R & D center, process development activities focusing on automation, leaning and error-free processes are carried out in all production processes. All kinds of fixtures, apparatus and special equipment we need can also be realized in our mold design and production unit.
Tool Design & Production
Ersan Kauçuk has many processes in its integrated production structure. This creates the need for mold / apparatus / fixture for all these processes. Our mold design and production unit, which has an advanced and wide machine park, meets this need. In this way, we can respond to customer needs quickly and flexibly.
Test & Validation
PRODUCT PERFORMANCE TESTS
Ersan R&D Center laboratories are able to carry out all static, dynamic, life and strength tests under different conditions (high and low temperature).
Within the R&D laboratory, there are single-axis and multi-axis MTS test systems with high quality and precision. In this way, we can simulate real road conditions and verify product.
We are able to test the chemical and mechanical properties and all vulcanization characteristics of the mixtures we developed in our R&D Center laboratories.
